Reporting to the Disability Management Supervisor, Human Resources, the Disability Management Coordinator oversees and manages processes related to employee disability cases. The role supports employees through illness, injury or disability with timely compassionate case management, ensuring appropriate support and benefits efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

3 years of experience in disability management, return‑to‑work coordination, case management and medical accommodation, preferably within large, unionised organisations with a diverse workforce.
