Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related), Commerce, or a related technical or business discipline; OR a valid Transport Canada AME license (M1, M2, E, or S); OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant quality, manufacturing, or aerospace experience 10+ years of progressive experience in the aviation industry (e.g., MRO, manufacturing, or flight operations) 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality, engineering, safety, or process improvement roles, including leading cross

functional teams in a technical environment Experience developing, implementing, or managing a Quality Management System (QMS) in a regulated environment 2+ years of experience working with aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., TCCA, FAA, EASA, or equivalent regulatory authorities) 2+ years of experience leading or managing audits and corrective action processes, including investigation and resolution of findings Experience using data and quality metrics to analyze performance and support operational or business decision
