This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on, execution‑focused leader with strong mid‑level experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to turn strategy into action—owning initiatives end‑to‑end, improving operational effectiveness, and shaping how the business runs day to day. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, navigating ambiguity, and leading through influence to deliver real, measurable results. This is a full‑time, in‑office position for someone energized by collaboration and ready to help build and refine processes in real time. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the CEO, President and Sr. Leadership team to set and execute strategic goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership and key stakeholders Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings. Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks to optimize profitability.
