The position
The Director of Inventory Planning is a senior operational leader responsible for setting and executing Rocky's inventory strategy. This new role focuses on long‑term planning and optimization of both production and procurement plans to meet our customers' needs, ensuring clear controls in inventory management. This role is accountable for creating and setting department KPIs and will partner closely with Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance to ensure cross‑functional alignment. With strong manufacturing and leadership skills to coach and develop the team, this leader is a key role in our growth strategy to build and meet the business growth targets.\n
This position works Monday through Friday from our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta.
