Required Experience

secondary degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration or closely related field. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of ten (10) years' related experience in the municipal or private sector and expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems management, with five (5) years of leadership/progressive management experience at a senior level.Certification in Lean methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Certification in change management, such as PROSCI or Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) an asset.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to make decisions involving long‐term strategic policies. We are seeking an individual who has excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle significant contacts with long‐term impacts.The successful candidate for Director, Corporate Services/Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be required to work a flexible schedule, including in the office, remotely and after hours (as required).The position offers a salary range of $177,961.65 to $222,452.06 plus a competitive benefit package.Satisfactory passing of a criminal record check, and proof of qualifications will be required of any successful candidate(s) for this position.The Town is committed to diversity and inclusivity in employment and welcomes applications from qualified individuals of diverse backgrounds.
