Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, commercial driving, or forklift operation are encouraged to apply.
Duties
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
Load and unload items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
Ensure accurate delivery of products while maintaining quality standards
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and any issues that arise
Assist with moving inventory within warehouses or storage facilities as needed
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment
Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory for all roles
Experience in warehouse operations, moving, or forklift operation is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift
Excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and resolving issues efficiently
Prior experience in commercial driving or logistics is advantageous
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards at all times
