Establish and facilitate regular portfolio reviews to ensure visibility to execution progress, financials, capacity challenges, project risks and outcomes/value.
\n
Analyzes data on projects, resources, and workloads and derives actionable insights for the service managers and the senior leadership. Ensure quality and accuracy of portfolio data within the portfolio tool.
\n
A critical element is executive communication. You will be expected to flex between tactical project level conversations and strategic portfolio conversations and adapt communication to the audience.
\n
Drive adoption of the portfolio tool with assigned teams, by providing communication and support on processes and expectations. Provide aggregate reporting on portfolio health and prepare information for executive presentations in a digestible and crisp format.
\n
Establish clarity and connect the dots across multiple teams, while employing standard ways of working with other portfolio leads.
\n
Required Skills And Experience Requires at least 5+ years of program and/or portfolio management experience within a technology focused area (digital transformation, application development, data analytics, infrastructure, etc.)
