We’re looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & French)
\n
to join our

Canada superstar team at Too Good To Go .
\n
This role is fully remote within the Ontario region of Canada .
\n
Your mission
\n
Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be the face for our users and partners and turn them into ambassadors by providing efficient and friendly customer care. You’ll inspire and empower them to take action against food waste and to become part of the movement.
\n
The role will include responsibilities such as:
\n
Being the main point of contact for our users and partners ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone
\n
Answering all questions through some of our Social Media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store and Google Reviews)
\n
Handle priority situations with high care, as well as contact users and stores proactively when necessary
\n
Help build and implement processes to encourage, inspire and empower our partners and consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle, using Too Good To Go
\n
Being a brand ambassador in all your communications with our customers as you encourage, inspire, and empower our customers towards more sustainable behaviour
\n
Understand and communicate our customers' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally
\n
Communicate in your primary language or English, and when necessary utilise translation tools for additional languages
\n
We are looking for
\n
Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
\n
Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English and/or French and English to communicate with users and partners.
\n
Someone based in the area of Ontario with availability to work from Saturday to Wednesday, with days off on Thursday and Friday A first

Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.
\n
A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our users and partners.
\n
Detail‑oriented individuals who are able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
\n
Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry is a bonus.
