THE POSITION
Under the direction of the Director of Customer Experience, the Customer Services Specialist leads the collaborative effort to identify learning needs for all customer groups. Oversees development, implementation and evaluation of FVRL customer focused initiatives, events, and programs, including The Playground. Liaises with library and community agencies. Makes recommendations to create or change customer service related policies and procedures. Prepares reports, grant and award applications.
HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN BRING

Minimum of four years experience working as a Librarian, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and 2 years of experience in library operations.

Those selected for an interview will be required to give a 10 minute presentation on an assigned topic.
