The Retail Sales Team Member is responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties; greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.

Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills
+ Stock and display merchandise
+ Track and maintain store and freezer inventory
+ Regularly sanitize the work areas
+ Process payments
+ Develop product knowledge and stay current with promotional events and sales
+ Assist with picking and shipping wholesale customer orders
Requirements/Qualifications:
+ Exceptional customer service skills (enthusiastic, friendly, energetic & mature)
+ Availability to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Attention to detail
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Basic math skills
+ Time management and problem solving skills
+ Willingness to learn and/or possesses prior knowledge of meat cuts
+ Reliable transportation and attendance dependability
+ Physical demands: constant moving, talking and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
