Job Responsibilities
Assist and communicate with customers regarding documentation issues/concerns
Provide required information and/or documents to customers in time
Maintain and update vessel schedules and related cutoffs
Coordinate with other departments for print and release of official documents
Generate and send manifests according to various customs regulations
Assist other team members in the department when necessary
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, as well as outing mails
Input office expense invoices into internal system
Provide administrative support and perform administrative tasks as needed
Skills/ Requirements
Junior College degree or higher
Work experience in shipping/freight forwarding an asset
Attention to details
Good verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation
Positive team player and problem
