What You’ll Do
\n· Deliver warm, efficient customer service across multiple SNGRDC properties\n
· Support check‑ins, guest inquiries & POS transactions
\n
· Keep our facilities clean, welcoming & safe
\n
· Assist with Chiefswood Park bookings, guest support & upselling
\n
· Support Bingo Hall operations, including prize payouts & session duties
\n
· Help set up events, programs & property activities
\n
· Maintain supplies, equipment & overall site presentation
\n
What You Bring
\n· 1+ year experience in customer service or custodial work\n
· Great communication, positive attitude & solid attention to detail
\n
· Ability to stand, walk, lift & perform physical tasks
\n
· Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
\n
· Reliable transportation & ability to travel between sites
\n
· Willingness to learn, adapt & take required training
\n
· Must pass a police record check
\n
