$62,000 based on qualifications and experience.What you will be doing:Liaison directly with customers and keep them informed of delivery schedules in order to set realistic expectations and meet customer demands.Handle all aspects of order processing, from entry to shipment confirmation, ensuring accuracy in Oracle and our transportation management system (OTM).Route truck deliveries in an efficient manner, maintaining regular communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Identify any delayed loads and ensure that customers are notified of changes in delivery schedules.Monitor driver hours and electronic logs, using this information to plan safe efficient workloads.Maintain knowledge of transport equipment and regulations to understand how drivers can be routed, based on limitations imposed by equipment specifications and regional regulations.Maintain adequate understanding of various shipping sites and customer locations around Ontario, in order to efficiently schedule deliveries and identify backhaul opportunities.Troubleshoot for data entry errors and monitor incorrect entries in Oracle.Collaborate closely with Fleet, Purchasing, and Sales teams to keep operations running smoothly and sustainably.Here's What You Need:1
