Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
Prior customer service experience is a plus; if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
Bilingual (English / French) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
