Employment Type: office.
Available shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
This position is first point of contact for our customers and are the quarterbacks of the company! Responsibilities focus on ensuring all customer requests are responded to, including creating the order and building trips; scheduling pick ups and deliveries; monitoring shipments in transit including obtaining PAP’s clearance from brokers, setting up delivery appointments, and advising customers of delays. Most importantly, facilitates all communications between our clients, our internal departments and our partner carriers, to ensure superior service is provided in a professional, fast, easy and accurate manner. You will thrive in this position if you enjoy problem solving in a fast paced environment and building relationships.
