About the Role:
The Customer Happiness Specialist plays a key role in supporting Cozymeal’s growth by engaging prospective clients while also delivering a high‑quality support experience throughout the customer journey. In this role, you will connect with inbound leads, understand customer needs, recommend relevant culinary experiences, and guide guests through the booking process while also assisting with customer inquiries, issue resolution and post‑booking support.

3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a hybrid sales/service role, with comfort handling phone‑based interactions
