Job Description
Customer Experience Associate, responsible for processing financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and promoting banking solutions at TD Canada Trust.\n
Responsibilities
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments following operating procedures and regulations.
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures or escalating as needed.
Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.
Provide transparent advice on banking solutions and processes, building a positive customer experience.
Promote team effectiveness and participate in performance development; assist teammates and keep them updated on routine activities.
Suggest operational improvements to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset.
