Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Indigenous leaders on culturally informed care
• Provide mentorship on traditional wellness frameworks
• Develop training for Indigenous Cultural Advisors
• Lead and facilitate wellness ceremonies
• Influence policy to embed cultural safety in practices
Requirements:
• Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years in Indigenous healthcare environments
• BC Driver's license and vehicle for business use
• Deep understanding of local Aboriginal cultures
• Ability to effectively communicate and educate
