Lead credit risk management with Ontario Power Generation in Oshawa, ON. This role focuses on advanced evaluations, credit modeling, and compliance oversight in a strategic capacity.
As the Manager of Credit Risk, you will report to the Senior Manager of Treasury. You will analyze counterparty financial health, implement credit risk models, and monitor exposures. This critical position aims to mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct advanced counterparty evaluations for creditworthiness
• Perform complex credit analysis with key performance metrics
• Develop credit risk models and limit strategies
• Monitor credit exposures and take corrective actions
• Deliver transparent credit reporting for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 4 Year Degree in Finance or related field
• 10 years of credit analysis experience
• Knowledge of credit modeling and trading contracts
• Familiarity with North American energy markets
• CFA, FRM, or similar designation preferred
Drive strategic credit risk decisions and enhance stakeholder engagement with Ontario Power Generation.
