Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of credit summaries and reports
Support credit meetings by providing insights, trends, and analysis
Maintain accurate reporting and ensure data integrity across systems
Train members on the use of our digital platform and reporting tools
Explain how to interpret credit reports and relevant industry data
Ensure members maximize the value of their membership
Identify and research potential recent members, including suppliers and brands
Conduct skilled outreach through phone, email, and virtual meetings
Support membership presentations and onboarding activities
Contribute to business growth and membership expansion initiatives
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1ā3 years of experience in client relations, business development, or financial analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and credit data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable conducting outreach and building professional relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast
