Required Experience

House Legal Counsel as needed, assist with the preparation for trials (assemble trial records), assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents/ correspondence and file documents at the Court House. JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS): A Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma or Paralegal Certificate is preferred. A College Diploma in Office Administration with a minimum of two years of relevant Court experience may be considered.
Knowledge of Court forms including but not limited to Applications, Affidavits and Motions.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced proven computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
Candidates must possess a minimum G2 drivers license at the time of application and be willing to obtain a valid G Class drivers license as a condition of employment or already possess a valid G Class drivers license and have access to their own vehicle.
