Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee litigation strategy and manage external legal partners
• Evaluate key legal risks and mitigation strategies
• Deliver expert legal advice on dispute resolution
• Support policy and procedure development to mitigate risks
• Contribute to special projects within the legal team
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• 4+ years relevant litigation experience
• Familiarity with bankruptcy and insolvency law is a plus
