1. Prepare regular cost reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Support project controls and finance teams with detailed cost insights.
3. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally to project stakeholders.
4. Collaborate and review with contractors and subcontractors to implement best practice on cost management.
Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying with a strong focus on subcontractor cost reviews under T&M; contracts.

Hours: Subcontractor Cost Review:
1. Review, analyze, and validate subcontractor cost submissions for accuracy and compliance with T&M; contract terms.
2. Ensure claimed labor hours, equipment rates, and material costs are in line with contractual entitlements.
3. Verify support documentation such as timesheets, invoices, purchase orders, and equipment logs.
