Arrange home appraisals in compliance with Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP)

Present guaranteed buyout offers in accordance with Canadian market standards

Manage vendor relationships including Canadian real estate agents, appraisers, and provincial real estate boards
\n
Ensure integrity of all data for each assignment in the Bristol system and understand ramifications to other departments if data is missing
\n
Assist other Mobility Advisors, attending team meetings, ongoing training, client presentations and general assistance when needed Requirements Experience 2

4 years of experience in corporate relocation, real estate, or a related field

Experience working with Canadian real estate transactions and provincial regulations
\n
Familiarity with Canadian home sale programs Knowledge & Skills Working knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines as they relate to employee relocation and taxable benefits
\n
Knowledge of Canadian real estate market conditions and trends
\n
Understanding of corporate relocation policy administration Competencies Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high
