Our client is a growing Manufacturing company in Vaughan that is part of a very large European public company. They are looking for a "top" Finance person for the Canadian division that will effectively represent that Canadian business and report accurate results to the European parent. This is a new and pivotal hands‑on leadership role within a high‑growth manufacturing environment. The Corporate Controller will partner closely with the CEO to drive financial strategy, operational efficiency, and scalability. The role encompasses full ownership of financial operations and requires a leader capable of building robust financial infrastructure to support continued growth. This role is ideally suited to a finance leader who enjoys operating close to the business, driving performance improvements, and establishing best‑in‑class processes within an entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing financial insight to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational decision‑making. Develop forward‑looking financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company’s expansion plans. Deliver meaningful KPI reporting that drives accountability and performance across the organization. Provide data‑led recommendations on pricing strategy, customer profitability, and product mix. Requirements10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven expertise in operational and cost accounting. Experience operating in a growth‑focused or private‑equity‑style workplace is advantageous. Prior ERP development/implementation experience is highly desirable.
