Required Experience

sulphidation epithermal, porphyry, or orogenic gold systems considered a strong asset • Proficiency with computers and geological data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Office, acQuire, QGIS, Geobank, or similar) • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent logging standards over extended periods • Physically fit and comfortable working in field conditions Preferred • Minimum 1–2 field seasons of core logging experience • Experience with oriented core, structural geology, and drilling in general • Familiarity with the Spences Bridge Gold Belt or similar BC geological terranes • First Aid certification (OFA Level 1 or higher) • Valid driver's license WORKING CONDITIONS This position is based in Merritt, British Columbia (approx. a 3

minute drive to Kamloops; and 1 hour drive to Kelowna). Westhaven operates under a variance in accordance with Employment Standards of British Columbia with a rotation of 20 days on, 10 days off. The role may involve occasional remote field work in varying weather conditions. Accommodations at site will be provided as well as a daily per diem for meals and travel expenses.

COMPENSATION The expected salary range for this position is approx. CAD $90,000 – $120,000 in line with the competitive job market for such roles carried out in British Columbia.

Salary ranges are guidelines and any job offer received by a candidate will be determined on several factors such as relevant education, training, and/or experience.
