Coordinate logistics for ECPDP activities and schedules
Document participant progress and achievements
Implement competency evaluations and provide insights
Support continuous refinement of training content
Engage with institutions for expanding learning opportunitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field
3+ years in talent development experience
Preferred project management certification
Robust documentation and compliance skills
