Required Experience

haulage and Amazon trucking shipment to make sure accurate pickup/delivery appointment
\n
Book AC space and make paperwork (CI/PL and MAWB etc.)
\n
Track incoming/outcoming ocean/air cargo and domestic shipments
\n
Upload POs and SOs on the WMS and freight forwarding system and send invoices to customers
\n
Request AP team for various COD payments of duties, taxes, and transportation of imported goods and bonds to cover duty goods
\n
QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Education: International forwarding or Transportation diploma/degree
\n
Experience: +1 years in ocean/air freight forwarding, border shipment or trucking coordination
\n
Knowledge in INCOTERMS and experience in handling Ex works or FOB term ocean shipments
\n
MS Excel proficiency is necessary
\n
Meet strict deadlines
\n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
Experience in international freight forwarding coordination and documentation is MUST (Ocean or Air)
\n
Ability to persuade and influence others
\n
