Required Experience

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a mining or heavy industrial environment, with direct experience in plant operations and/or conveyor and materials handling systems.

Minimum of one (1) years demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.

A proactive leadership approach that motivates crews and supports the achievement of safety, production, and maintenance goals.
Wage and Benefits
Conuma Resources offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The Conveyor Superintendent position provides an annual base salary of $140,000 – $150,000, depending on experience, along with monthly efficiency bonuses, quarterly retention bonuses, and a performance
