Manage cash flow, AP/AR, and all banking activities for the entire portfolio. Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance. Improve and document accounting processes; support audits and compliance efforts. Qualifications and Experience 6+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting in a real estate environment Bachelor’s degree in a related field People leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills Experience using Yardi, and ability to quickly learn new systems/software Advanced Excel skills High level of organization and detail orientation Self
