Exigences en matire de dplacements: Dplacements occasionnels selon les besoins._____________________________________________________________________________________________ General Purpose: The Rossignol Sales Associate / technician is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a Rossignol Ambassador by promoting their passion for the outdoors and the Rossignol brands.
Key Responsibilities: Create relationships with every guest to create excitement and fun around the Rossignol culture and brands.
Maintain security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized stock room, sales floor and shop.
Contribute to visual merchandizing procedures.
Qualifications: A passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional guest experience Experience with selling skis, ski boots, or bicycles Knowledge of alpine ski bindings systems.
Knowledge of alpine ski boot fitting.
Solid verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Passion for the outdoor industry Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands: Ability to stand, lift, twist and reach 100% of the time while working a potential of 8+ hours a day Ability to lift 75 pounds.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Experience: Ski and bike industry experience.
Customer service experience.
Work Environment: Warehouse and shop environment.
Travel Requirements: Occasional as needed.
