Responsibilities:*
Supervise concrete crews and daily site activities
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
Maintain quality control throughout all phases of concrete work
Communicate with project management, subcontractors, and site personnel
Help plan daily and weekly work activities
Enforce site safety and company standards
Requirements:*
Proven experience as a Concrete Supervisor or Foreman
Strong background in concrete construction
Ability to read drawings and coordinate site work
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work away from home for the project duration
Valid driver’s license
Safety tickets are an asset
