Role and Responsibilities
Specifically we are searching for hard working and loyal team members to join our installation crews. This includes various work mainly consisting of:
· Primary: Installing ICF, (Insulated Concrete Forms) both residential and commercial basements, foundations and main floor walls
· Secondary: prep work for concrete floors in basement
Education Requirements
Must be able to comprehend and diligently follow instructions from team lead.
Valid class 5 license (Drivers abstract will be required)
High school diploma
Qualifications
Individuals must display:
Cohesiveness in a team workplace
Strong work ethic and leadership abilities
Willingness to continually learn, develop skills and take on increased responsibility
Perform work steadily, consistently, and efficiently without jeopardizing quality.
Must provide basic hand tool
Previous construction experience, especially concrete is required
