WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Community Managers are dynamic, service‑driven leaders who set the tone for an exceptional resident experience. They lead by example, ensuring their buildings operate smoothly while fostering a welcoming, well‑maintained community setting. They balance customer service excellence with strong operational oversight, confidently navigating day‑to‑day challenges and supporting their teams through fast‑paced, sometimes high‑pressure situations.
Compensation:
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $55,000

$70,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package.
