Reporting to the Director of Preparedness & Joint Operations, this full time, permanent role emphasizes the design and oversight of EHS community health programs. You will interface with various partners, including the Nova Scotia Health Authority and the Department of Health and Wellness, while ensuring the operational needs of the health system are met. This role is essential for implementing innovative health access solutions that prioritize employee wellbeing and system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement community health operational standards
• Oversee the development of health programs and education delivery
• Lead complex special projects across multiple divisions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on health initiatives
• Conduct continuous environmental scans and synthesize findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field
• Experience in program design in health or EMS setting
• Proven team management experience
• Strong project management skills
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license for Nova Scotia
