The MLTC Health & Social Development Department is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the full time, permanent position of Community Health Nursing Supervisor.
The MLTC Community Nursing Program contributes to the MLFN’s and MLTC health vision by being involved in planning, implementing and evaluating health activities associated with Community Health Nursing Services (health promotion, prevention of illness, injury and disability, health protection, health surveillance, population health assessment, rehabilitative and palliative), through home care, primary care nursing and various other need
