A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work is required, alongside three years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate cultural competency and a dedication to community development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess mental health needs within communities
• Design and implement intervention plans
• Coordinate crisis support and referral resources
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers
• Support the development of Mental Wellness program strategies
Requirements:
• BA in Psychology, Social Work, or similar field
• 3 years of experience in mental wellness disciplines
• Eligibility for professional association registration
• Strong skills in documentation and reporting
• Cultural awareness in working with First Nations
