Responsibilities
Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
Respond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companies
Participate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value

Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices
Stay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partners
Market accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes
Qualifications
Must have Level 1 valid broker license in Alberta, Level 2 preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial insurance Broker at a brokerage
Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and creative solutions
CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset
