You will also document customer interactions thoroughly and manage various support requests from shops.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality control through vehicle reinspections
Review estimates and provide necessary coaching
Document all customer interactions in detail
Partner with teams to address and escalate issues
Conduct training on insurance guidelines and systemsRequirements:
College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required
Valid Canadian driver's license and clean driving record
