The salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.

When your actions lead to success: Operate AXYZ CNC routers safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials onto CNC machines
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
Set up tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
Perform quality checks using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)Maintain production targets and deadlines
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate when required
Follow all health & safety procedures and PPE requirements
When your expertise drives us: Previous CNC operating experience (AXYZ preferred but not required)Experience with CNC routers, woodworking, plastics, or aluminum cutting is an asset
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Solid attention to detail and quality
Basic math and measurement skills
Mechanically inclined with strong problem
