Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CMM programming and mechanical knowledge. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD designs. The CMM Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years comprehensive CMM experience, PC

DMIS software.
Inspect products using CMM in accordance with our quality system procedures.
Ability to read blueprint drawings and specifications.
Well versed in Geometric Tolerances (GD&T;).
Proficient at establishing clear, complete, and precise records of First Article Inspection, when required.
Perform inspection of precision parts and assemblies to drawings and specifications (using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadowgraph, hardness tester, plug gauges, pin gauges)
CNC machining process experience, an asset.
Document/discuss unacceptable or nonconforming materials with internal and external parties and take corrective action, when required
Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
Assist the Quality Manager in all other duties as assigned.
