2+ years in an Account Executive or Client Success Manager role

Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or paid advertising
\n
Strong communicator who can lead client calls with confidence and handle tough conversations with empathy
\n
Highly organized—you manage multiple accounts without letting anything slip
\n
Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues rather than reacting to them
\n
Comfortable with data—you use numbers to tell a story and drive decisions
\n
Ownership mentality—you don’t wait to be told what to do Strong Bonus Points

Experience working with construction, remodeling, or home services companies
\n
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, or similar lead gen platforms

Previous work at a marketing agency or lead generation company

Sales or upselling experience with a track record of growing accounts Compensation & Growth

Base salary of $60,000/year plus performance bonuses tied to client retention, account expansion, and client satisfaction. Realistic total compensation of $72,000–$80,000+ for strong performers.
