Required Experience

out to ensure the unit is rent ready by cleaning floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows and ensuring the unit is rent ready.
Clean all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrances, elevators, laundry room and office area.
Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning such as raking grounds, snow shoveling and salting walkways as needed.
Empty garbage containers and clean around the garbage dumpsters as required.
Qualifications: High School diploma or relevant two (2) years experience in cleaning is required.
Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and tools is required.
Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
