Required Experience

on design, configuration, and development of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and related components.
Candidate shall ensure adherence to established best practices and support solution testing and deployment activities.
Candidate must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of software development experience, including at least three (3) years of direct experience developing complex solutions using the Power Platform. Demonstrated experience delivering Power Platform solutions in a public sector environment, as well as experience mentoring other technical resources, is required.
o Designing, configuring, and developing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages, Dataverse components, and integrations.
o Translating business requirements and technical designs into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
o Implementing Power Platform best practices related to performance, security, workplace management, and lifecycle management.
o Supporting solution testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution.
o Supporting deployment and release activities across development, test, and production environments.
o Contributing to technical documentation, including solution design artifacts, configuration details, and operational guidance.
o Collaborating with architects, Scrum Master, and other team members to ensure development activities align with overall solution design and sprint commitments.
o Identifying and resolving technical issues and contributing to root cause analysis.
o Mentoring junior or intermediate technical resources and supporting skill development within the team.
o Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.
Senior Power Platform Technical Advisor / Architect:
Senior Power Platform Technical Advisor / Architect to deliver overall technical leadership, architectural direction, and design oversight for the solution.
Candidate must possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of overall IT experience, including at least seven (7) years leading large, complex Power Platform and/or Dynamics implementations.
Candidate must also demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience delivering solutions for public sector clients. Prior experience working within, or in direct support of, projects will be considered an asset.

Supporting knowledge transfer and capability building within internal teams, as required.
Power Platform Scrum Master:
Scrum Master responsible for establishing delivery discipline and providing leadership and structure to the project team through the effective application of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Candidate must have extensive experience with DevOps practices and tooling, including the ability to leverage all relevant platform capabilities, and must provide mentoring and guidance to internal team members.
Candidate must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience, including at least five (5) years supporting large, complex Power Platform solutions, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with public sector clients.
