Required Experience

•
lift trucks and picker equipment for bin delivery and removal
· Perform Molok servicing, including pumping, cleaning, and minor maintenance
· Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections in compliance with Alberta regulations
· Safely load, secure, transport, and unload waste containers
General Labour & Bin Maintenance
· Perform bin painting, including surface prep, priming, and applying decals
· Install, replace, and repair lids, hinges, wheels, locking mechanisms, and other bin components, conduct general bin maintenance
· Apply decals, numbering, and branding to bins according to company standards
· Assist with yard organization, equipment cleaning, and shop housekeeping
· Participate in seasonal tasks such as snow clearing, yard cleanup, and outdoor repairs
Customer Service & Documentation
· Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
· Maintain accurate paperwork, service logs, and safety documentation
Safety & Compliance
· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental standards.
· Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks.
· Report incidents, near misses, or injuries promptly and accurately.
· Ensure compliance with provincial and federal transportation regulations.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with air brake (Q) endorsement (or equivalent provincial requirement)
· Clean driver’s abstract with a strong safety record.
· Previous experience operating hook
