Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario or eligibility for registration (required) 8+ years of progressive mining engineering experience, preferably in soft rock underground operations Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role within an underground mine Strong knowledge of Ontario mining regulations and industry best practices Experience with mine planning software and engineering tools Strong technical and analytical skills with sound engineering judgment Proven leadership and people management experience Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to balance safety, regulatory compliance, and production objectives High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Compensation Range: 150,000
