Knowledge and understanding of the principal processes and practices of a highly effective financial institution in a changing business workplace.

Demonstrated ability to integrate strategic perspective with operational detail, discerning between decisive action and necessary consultation/collaboration.

Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, communication, coaching, mentoring, and motivating skills.
