THE POSITION
Casual Chef role supporting the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
Training alongside an experienced Sous Chef with the opportunity to step into lunch service when required.
Assist with preparation and service for weekday lunch and dinner.
Independently cook and serve Saturday breakfast once trained.
Work within a qualified kitchen team of 5 chefs during the day and a smaller evening team.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards expected in a private school environment.
