Required Experience

job training through the Asplundh Canada Training Standard program.
· Learning and become proficient at various aspects of utility vegetation management.
· Continual skill development and opportunities for continuing education courses.
· Company assistance gaining and maintaining certifications and accreditations.
· Company supplied transportation from a common meeting location to the job site.
· Training and instruction in basic daily equipment maintenance of handheld tools, power tools, chippers, other assigned equipment, and reporting deficiencies for repair.
Requirements
· MUST have chainsaw and/or brush saw experience working in a production environment.
· Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract is essential.
· Standard First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, and Chainsaw Safety training would be an asset.
· Chainsaw Safety and/or Brush Saw Safety training would be an asset.
· Able to work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
· Own transportation to a common meeting area.
