Reporting on inventory and labor costs will also be part of your responsibilities as you implement HACCP guidelines in food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Shift Managers in supervising food service
• Oversee menu production and staff training
• Address customer inquiries with enthusiasm
• Maintain rigorous adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct inspections and staff WHMIS training
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of food management experience
• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
